This role offers the opportunity to work closely with high net worth clients, trustees and beneficiaries while contributing to the continued development of the department.
Key Responsibilities Advise on the creation, administration and restructuring of trusts
Provide clear, commercially aware guidance on trust taxation
Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
Prepare trust accounts, tax returns and related documentation
Work collaboratively with colleagues across private client, property and corporate teams
With a private client background and trust administration experience, the successful candidate must be able to manage their own caseload.
