Permanent, Full-time (36.25 hours per week)
Salary: 45,000 - 70,000 (depending on experience)
A well established regional law firm is seeking a bright and enthusiastic Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its busy Family & Matrimonial department. This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload while developing your career within a supportive, client focused team.
The Role You will manage your own caseload across a broad range of family law matters, including:
Divorce and civil partnership matters
Separation and cohabitation issues
Family finance work Children matters (private law)
Delivering exceptional client care Ensuring compliance with internal risk management procedures
Keeping up to date with legal developments
Building and maintaining professional networks and referrers
Supporting departmental marketing and client relationship initiatives
Candidate Requirements This role is suited to a Solicitor or Legal Executive who can demonstrate:
Experience in family law (divorce, finance, children, separation, cohabitation)
Strong client care skills and a proactive approach
Ability to manage a caseload independently and reliably
Good organisational and IT skillsA positive, team focused attitude
Knowledge of the legal aid system (desirable but not essential)
