Permanent, Full-time Salary: 55,000 to 75,000 + BenefitsA respected UK law firm is seeking a Property Litigation Solicitor with 3-4 years' post-qualification experience to join its highly regarded and growing team in Exeter. This is an excellent opportunity to work on a broad range of contentious property matters within a collaborative and forward-thinking environment.
The Role You'll be responsible for managing a varied caseload of property-related disputes, including:
Co-ownership and neighbour issues (e.g. rights of way, adverse possession, boundary disputes)
Lease and tenancy disputes, commercial rent recovery, and enforcement of charges
Possession claims, professional negligence, and historic title rectification
Supervising and mentoring junior lawyers, trainees, and paralegals
Supporting high-volume tenancy management work (e.g. disrepair, ASB injunctions, leaseholder claims)
Working closely with partners and senior lawyers on complex matters
Building strong client relationships and delivering practical, commercial advice
Contributing to team development and knowledge-sharing initiatives
Candidate Requirements This role is suited to a qualified solicitor with:3-4 years PQE in property litigation
Experience handling both residential and commercial contentious property matters
Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
Excellent communication and client relationship skillsA collaborative and empathetic approach to team leadership
Confidence in managing a caseload independentlyA proactive mindset and commitment to delivering high-quality client service
