Responsibilities:
Manage a diverse caseload covering employment law aspects (disciplinary procedures, grievance matters, employment contracts, discrimination claims, and dismissals).Provide strategic advice and representation in employment tribunal proceedings.
Stay informed about employment law changes and advise clients on compliance.
Collaborate with clients and HR professionals to offer comprehensive legal solutions.
Demonstrate strong negotiation and mediation skills for resolving employment disputes.
Qualifications and
Experience:
Qualified Solicitor with a focus on Employment Law.
Proven experience handling various employment law matters.
