The Role Delivering high-quality, commercially focused advice across a broad range of commercial property matters

Managing your own caseload with increasing autonomy

Supporting senior lawyers on complex transactions and high-value deals

Contributing to business development through marketing, networking, and thought leadership

Meeting annual billing targets and fee goals

Taking on additional responsibilities aligned with your role and growth

Requirements

Sharp legal drafting skills with the ability to simplify complex issues and build client trustA proactive approach to learning and staying ahead of legal developments and sector trends

Strong IT skills, including time recording and case management systemsA collaborative mindset with the confidence to work independently and as part of a high-performing team Commercial awareness and attention to detail, balanced with a pragmatic approach

Excellent communication skillsA track record of business development and delivering results

Organisational strength and experience in managing projects and improving processes
