Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive – Private Family

Our client is a well-established and highly regarded law firm with offices across Devon, providing a comprehensive range of legal services.

Due to continued growth, the firm’s busy Private Family team is seeking a Newly Qualified to 3 Years PQE Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to join its Exeter office. Hybrid working available.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop a career within a supportive and experienced Private Family team, handling a varied caseload of privately funded matters.

The successful candidate will advise clients on a broad range of family law issues, including:

• Divorce and separation
• Financial remedy proceedings
• TOLATA disputes
• Schedule 1 Children Act applications
• Child arrangements disputes
• Urgent injunctions and other related family matters

The successful applicant will be a Newly Qualified Solicitor, up to 3 years PQE, or a Chartered Legal Executive with experience or a genuine interest in private family law.

They will:

• Be personable, motivated and enthusiastic.
• Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrate a strong commitment to delivering exceptional client care.
• Enjoy working collaboratively as part of a supportive team while also being confident managing their own workload independently.
