Exeter, Devon | 2–6 Years PQE | Hybrid Working

An established and highly regarded Employment Law team in Exeter is looking for an Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive to join its growing practice.

The Role
You will handle a varied Employment Law caseload covering both contentious and non-contentious matters, including:
- Advising employers on day-to-day employment issues
- Employment Tribunal claims and advocacy where appropriate
- Complex discrimination and whistleblowing matters
- Employment aspects of corporate transactions and due diligence
- Large-scale employment projects and consultation exercises
- Ongoing HR and employment law support for businesses
About You
- Qualified Employment Solicitor or Legal Executive
- Ideally 2–6 years' experience in Employment Law
- Experience advising employer clients
- Strong technical knowledge of contentious and non-contentious employment matters
- Excellent communication and client management skills
