Responsibilities
- Verify transportation, receipt, storage, and shipment information to support accurate movement of products and fleet-related assets.
- Update warehouse and logistics systems with transaction details, status changes, and operational records to preserve data integrity.
- Track fleet activity, shipment progress, and inventory movement to support schedule adherence and timely issue identification.
- Prepare dispatch, shipping, receipt, and related documentation to enable accurate transaction processing.
- Review routine exceptions involving deliveries, returns, inventory discrepancies, or vehicle availability and route unresolved issues.
- Confirm handling, storage, and movement requirements to support traceability, loss prevention, and fulfillment continuity.
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
- 2+ years of experience in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling, or a related field required.
- Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), or equivalent certification preferred.
- Knowledge in fleet operations administration and transportation support processes.
- Knowledge in warehouse operations including receiving, storage, order preparation, shipment processing, and inventory movement.
- Knowledge in logistics documentation, transaction controls, and operational record maintenance.
- Knowledge in warehouse and transportation systems used for status updates, tracking, and transaction processing.
- Knowledge in loss prevention, material handling, and operational control requirements.
- Ability to process routine and moderately complex operational activities within established procedures.
- Ability to identify causes of routine operational issues, analyze basic data, and support issue resolution.
- Ability to maintain accurate operational records and transaction visibility across logistics workflows.
- Ability to communicate with internal and external contacts to obtain or provide operational information of moderate importance.
- Ability to support continuous improvement changes in systems and processes within defined guidelines.
