Multi‑Site Children’s Homes and Supported Accommodation – Maintenance Manager Purpose of the Position

The Maintenance Manager plays a key role in ensuring that all C & S homes and facilities, including ensuring the children’s residential homes, are safe, compliant, and well‑maintained. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day maintenance operations, ensuring health and safety standards are met, and supporting external contracts where needed to deliver effective and timely repairs.

Exeter based but with travel to Crediton and Bodmin

Maintenance Manager

Full Time 40hrs week

Typical working week Monday to Friday with occasional weekends and call outs

You must be eligible to work full time in the UK

Hold a full UK driving licence.

• Delivering and collecting goods
• Accessing the maintenance tracker and selecting jobs based on importance and updating the tracker once complete (Basic IT capabilities)

• To work as an integrated part of the team
• Additional Training relevant to the role will be provided

£34,000 (van will be provided)
