We maintain and repair our own extensive fleet in-house and operate approximately 49,000 vans and 19,000 cars across the UK. Our Exeter site is based on the Marsh Barton Trading Estate and supports over 500 local businesses. We pride ourselves on a clean, well‑equipped workshop and a supportive team environment.

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing our fleet to ensure every vehicle is safe, reliable and fully compliant for customer hire. Your work will directly support our customers and keep our business moving.

We’re looking for someone who is:

• A Level 2 qualified Technician with at least 3 years’ experience as a mechanic/technician, or
• A fully qualified Level 3 Technician/Mechanic

If you’re Level 2 qualified, we will conduct a training needs analysis and create a personalised development plan.
