Role Overview
Recruitment Solutions are looking for a long‑term maintenance caretaker in Exeter. This post has an immediate start for the right person.
Working HoursMonday to Friday
Responsibilities- All aspects of building maintenance, including setting up meeting rooms.
- Basic repair, daily upkeep, routine inspections and other tasks as required.
- Manual and physical work as part of the job.
- Previous experience in cleaning or maintenance is an advantage.
Pay rate £13.00–13.25 per hour, paid weekly.
