TCFM is seeking a dedicated Cleaning Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations across multiple sites in the Exeter area. You will support site cleaning operations, maintain high standards, and ensure client satisfaction while working closely with the Operations Support Manager.
You will cover sites as needed, manage rotas, train new staff, and drive a culture of professionalism, safety and reliability in our cleaning delivery.
