We're looking for an Information Manager to join our Natural Resources team working on our major environmental mitigation project in the South West, Bridgwater Tidal Barrier.
Location:
South West, commutable weekly to Exeter/Bridgwater with some hybrid working.
Contract:
Permanent, full time – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us.

Responsibilities- As an Information Manager, focus on adopting our information management process across projects, ensuring compliance with industry/Kier standards, focusing on ISO 19650, and helping deliver against client requirements.
- Highlight any errors throughout the quality assurance process and maintain awareness of the golden thread and associated requirements.
- Contribute to the development of minimum standards, protocols, templates, forms, processes and manuals in conjunction with the Natural Resources Digital Construction Lead.
- Implement our Digital strategy for information management, including the systems and processes for the CDE across all live projects.
- Contribute towards the development of group standard training material and the monitoring of upskilling.
- Conduct audits and generate reports for compliance on live projects, working with the project teams to close out any corrective action required.
- Proficient in the practical application of information management procedures, including effective and complex workflows, change control and management.
- Demonstrable capability of delivering ISO 19650 across projects.
- Proficient in managing EDMS configured to CDE principles and viewpoint for projects.
- Experience working on projects with large volumes of data and information from various sources; tier 1 company preferred.
- Experience of effective communication with multidisciplinary design teams, client teams and sub-contractors with the ability to educate all stakeholders in CDE protocols, ensuring adherence.
- Comprehension and administration of ISO 19650-2 National Annex, including TIDP and MIDP management.
