Commercial Team Manager

We’re working with a fast-growing business looking for a Commercial Team Manager to lead a fast-paced client delivery function. This role is ideal for someone who loves leading people, driving performance and creating a positive, high-energy culture.

What you’ll be doing

• Leading and developing a team through team leaders
• Acting as a player-manager, supporting the team day-to-day while driving overall performance
• Coaching and developing different personalities and management styles
• Driving pace, accountability and commercial awareness across the team
• Working closely with senior leadership during an exciting period of growth
• Helping teams navigate change, growth and new ways of working
