Aftersales Manager

We are seeking an aftersales manager on behalf of a well‑known dealership group in the area.

For this role you will ideally need extensive experience in running a Service/Aftersales department within a main dealership in the UK.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and control WIP, warranty, debtors, parts support, franchise standards and manufacturer relationships.
• Lead a large team, ensuring trust, respect and setting the pace for delivery of business results.
• Monitor and control sales activity, review performance with individuals and agree on action to improve sales.
• Identify and solve problems, provide solutions for core issues, taking responsibility for decisions and actions.
• Demonstrate a progressive career, understanding departmental KPIs, modern motivation techniques and a strong technical background.
• Build outstanding relationships with customers, contributing to improved CSI results.
