As an Audit & Accounts Manager, you will

• Manage a diverse portfolio of clients, acting as their main point of contact

• Plan, lead, and review audit assignments from planning through to completion, ensuring delivery on time and within budget

• Provide strategic business advisory support, including tax planning, cash flow management, and business growth guidance

• Build strong client relationships, handling queries proactively and delivering a high standard of service

• Lead, mentor, and develop junior team members, maintaining quality and consistency across the team

As an Audit & Accounts Manager, you will need

• ACA or ACCA qualified (or equivalent)

• Strong experience within accountancy practice, including managing client portfolios

• Proven audit management experience, including planning, reviewing, and leading audit engagements

• Excellent technical knowledge of UK GAAP, FRS
  102, and UK auditing standards

• Strong organisational and analytical skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines effectively
