Devon & Somerset Fire & Rescue Service in Exeter is inviting expressions of interest for a Watch Manager – Policy, Procedure and Guidance. The role expects the successful candidate to remain in the permanent post for a minimum of 12 months, subject to promotion opportunities.
Applicants should be an experienced Crew Manager or a substantive Watch Manager, holding L1 ICS, and must have no active formal performance issues or live disciplinary sanctions.
