Overview
Location: Covering the South West (Exeter - Cornwall). Occasional travel to Telford.
Hours: 08:00 - 17:00 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 16:00 Friday. (1 hour lunch)
Job PurposeTo manage and control customer supply only and supply & fit contracts on Doors and Windows. To carry out minor adjustments where necessary whilst attending site.
Key Accountabilities- Manage a team of sub-contractors within allocated region
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients, site, and appointed installers
- Ensuring all projects meet agreed technical standards
- Responsible for audits and inspections for doors and windows
- High standard of communication internally and externally
- Knowledge and Experience of both Social and New Build sectors
- Knowledge and understanding of relevant Window & Door legislation
- Provide a high level of employment history in Site Management
- Knowledge of installation of windows and doors
- CSCS Card
- First aid at work
- SMSTS (preferred)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Problem solving and analytical thinking
- Accountable for meeting all targets, deadlines and KPI’s as agreed with Regional contracts manager
- Deliver projects without safety incidents, within timelines and to budget
- Leadership – strong, consistent, clear, inspire others, integrity, ability to drive through change
