We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Centre Manager to join a leading automotive centre in Exeter. • Oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the centre to ensure efficiency and excellent service
• Manage a team of staff, providing leadership and training as needed
• Maintain inventory control and stock management to optimise availability and minimise costs
• Build strong relationships with key customers and suppliers
• Ensure health and safety standards are upheld at all times
• Implement company policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency

• Proven experience in management or a similar role within the motor trade
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities
• A good understanding of current automotive systems and inventory management
