Liberty Gas Group is seeking an experienced Operations Manager based in or near Exeter to lead multi-disciplinary field teams across gas service, repair and installation contracts. You will oversee operational delivery, ensure regulatory compliance, and work closely with Contract Supervisors and Admin Teams to deliver high-quality results.
The role requires strong leadership, health & safety discipline, and the ability to drive service improvements while managing budgets and KPIs.
