Supported Living Manager Mental Health

Nurse Seekers are proud to be recruiting on behalf of a well-established provider of supported living services for an experienced and passionate Service Manager to lead two supported living services in Exeter.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected organisation that supports adults aged 18+ living with mental health conditions, autism, and/or learning disabilities. Working as part of the senior management team, you will oversee the day-to-day running of the services, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care while leading and developing a dedicated staff team.

The Role

As Service Manager, you will work closely with the Deputy Manager and Team Leaders to ensure services are safe, effective, and responsive to the needs of the people being supported.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the daily operational management of two supported living services.
• Ensuring high standards of person-centred support through effective care planning and risk management.
• Providing leadership, supervision, and professional development to the staff team.
• Recruiting, inducting, and developing a motivated and compassionate workforce.
