Securitas is hiring a Deputy Branch Operations Manager in Exeter. The role is hybrid with pay £43,000 plus a £5,400 car allowance. You’ll support leadership and performance across the Plymouth and Exeter regions, overseeing security services and client outcomes.
You will lead and motivate teams, manage workforce planning, costs and audits, and ensure safety and compliance across sites. A proactive, organised leader is required for this hands-on role.
