The Role As an Electrical Project Manager , you will take full responsibility for managing projects from initial planning through to final handover. You'll work closely with clients, site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure successful project delivery while maintaining exceptional quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities Lead electrical projects from inception to completion. Develop and manage project programmes, timelines, and deliverables. Control project budgets, forecasts, and financial performance. Coordinate internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and key stakeholders. Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company procedures. Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement effective solutions. Attend client meetings, site meetings, and progress reviews. Manage procurement and allocation of materials and resources.

Produce project reports and provide regular performance updates. Maintain the highest standards of workmanship and quality throughout every project. Build and strengthen long-term relationships with clients and partners. What We're Looking For Essential Skills & Experience Proven experience as an Senior Electrical Supervisor . Strong technical knowledge of electrical installations and industry standards. Experience delivering commercial electrical projects. Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Full UK Driving Licence. Desirable Qualifications & Experience HNC, HND, or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. SMSTS or SSSTS qualification. ECS or CSCS Card. NEBOSH or IOSH certification.

Experience with in an M&E contracting environment. Knowledge and experience of Procore software. Personal Qualities We're looking for someone who is: A confident and effective leader.
