Zachary Daniels is recruiting for a General Manager on behalf of a leading hospitality brand in Exeter.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a passionate, people-focused leader to drive operational excellence, deliver an outstanding customer experience, and develop a high-performing team in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities:- Lead and develop your management team.
- Drive sales, profitability, and operational performance.
- Manage KPIs, labour costs, and productivity.
- Maintain high standards of customer service.
- Ensure Health & Safety and company compliance.
- Analyse performance and implement improvements.
- Support recruitment, training, and people development.
You'll currently be working as a General Manager, Restaurant Manager, Deputy Manager, or Assistant Manager within:
- Restaurants
- Quick Service Restaurants (QSR)
- Hospitality
- Food Retail
- Convenience Retail
