Recruit Easy are looking for an experienced CNC Machine Operator to work for our client based in Exeter, Devon.

• Start Date: 30-04-2026
• Duration: Long-Term
• Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour – paid weekly
• Pay rate may vary based on experience and tickets.
• We do not use umbrella companies to process your pay.

• Operating and monitoring CNC machinery used in manufacturing processes
• Working with computer‑controlled equipment to produce high‑quality products
• Setting up machines, loading materials, and carrying out quality checks
• Following technical drawings, specifications, and production schedules
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

• Candidates with transferable skills will be considered and trained
• Strong technical mindset with an interest in machinery and manufacturing
• Experience with computer programming, machine operation, or engineering environments is highly desirable
• Ability to problem‑solve and pay close attention to detail
• Willingness to learn and develop new skills within a production setting
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team
• CNC operating experience is ideal but not essential
