Junior Level Lab Technician (Full Industry Training and Excellent Progression)

£33,000 - £35,000 (inclusive of 15% shift allowance), with specialist training and excellent progression opportunities.

Site based, commutable from Exeter, Exmouth, Chudleigh, Newton Abbot, Sidmouth and surrounding areas.

3‑shift rotating pattern after 6 months of training – 15% shift allowance.

On offer is a full training programme into a specialist Lab Technician role, with opportunities to progress into senior roles and management.

• Six‑month day‑based training course followed by a 3‑shift pattern upon completion.
• Sample preparation, data analysis and maintenance of lab equipment.

• College leaver or similar from a scientific, engineering or maths background.
• Motivated to gain technical training and clear progression opportunities.
• Interested in working within a global manufacturer.
