Nights - Monday to Wednesday, 6:00pm-6:00am

Week 2:
Days - Monday to Thursday, 6:00am-6:00pm

Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Production Operatives to join a beverage manufacturing site in Exeter. This is a hands-on role working within a fast-paced production environment, operating machinery, maintaining quality standards, and supporting safe and efficient daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

Operate production machinery safely and efficiently

Carry out production tasks to meet quality and output targets

Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping

Support line changeovers and cleaning activities

Work closely with the wider production team to achieve shift targets

What We're Looking For

Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential

Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

Positive attitude with a strong team-working approach
