Hours:
Rotating Day & Night Shifts
- Week 1:
Nights – Monday to Wednesday, 6:00 pm–6:00 am - Week 2:
Days – Monday to Thursday, 6:00 am–6:00 pm
Acorn by Synergie is recruiting for Production Operatives to join a beverage manufacturing site in Exeter. This is a hands‑on role working within a fast‑paced production environment, operating machinery, maintaining quality standards, and supporting safe and efficient daily operations.
Key Responsibilities- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently
- Carry out production tasks to meet quality and output targets
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and housekeeping
- Support line changeovers and cleaning activities
- Work closely with the wider production team to achieve shift targets
- Previous manufacturing or production experience is beneficial but not essential
- Good attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
- Positive attitude with a strong team‑working approach
