Continuous Improvement Lead

They are seeking an experienced Continuous Improvement / Business Systems / Lean Lead to drive the deployment of a structured business improvement framework across the organisation. This is a highly visible role, acting as a catalyst for change by helping leaders and teams improve performance, embed best practice and create a culture of continuous improvement.

The successful candidate will combine strategic thinking with a hands‑on approach, driving measurable operational improvements through process optimisation, leadership coaching and structured problem‑solving.

Experience Required

We are keen to speak with Continuous Improvement, Operational Excellence, Lean, Six Sigma, or Transformation professionals who have a proven track record of delivering measurable business improvements within manufacturing, engineering, operations or supply chain environments. The successful candidate will bring strong stakeholder engagement skills, experience leading cross‑functional change, facilitating workshops, coaching teams and driving performance through a structured data‑driven approach.
