Maintenance Engineer

Maintenance Engineer – Exeter, Devon

Salary: £44,000 – £46,000 per annum.

Schedule:

4 on / 4 off days and nights.

• Planned maintenance inspections, review parts used.
• Recommend improvements in line with projects and maintenance schedules; carry out safety checks on range of equipment.
• Monitor plant conditions, report defects, repair machinery.
• Generate and maintain compliance to SOPs, risk assessments.
• Report on plant performance using systems, ensure action on non-conformance issues.
• Work on a range of valves & pumps.
• Support production & continuous improvement projects.

• Formal Engineering Qualification – C&G Level 3, NVQ Level 3, Apprenticeship trained.
• Continuous improvement knowledge.
• Strong knowledge of good engineering standards.
• Experience in food, packaging, drink, manufacturing environments.
