Paint Sprayer

We are recruiting for a Paint Sprayer to join a reputable body shop located in the Exeter Area, Devon. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled and experienced Paint Sprayer seeking a role in a modern, well-equipped workshop with a dedicated team. Benefits:

Salary approximately £35,000, dependent on experience
Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00 hours – no weekend work
22 days holiday plus bank holidays
Modern workshop with a fully equipped paint booth

Duties of a Paint Sprayer:

Carrying out precise paint repairs on vehicle panels
Performing panel preparation and light repairs
Ensuring all work meets high-quality standards with attention to detail
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Working efficiently within a team to meet deadlines
Assisting with minor repairs as needed

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within an automotive setting
Excellent knowledge of vehicle paint systems and application techniques
Strong attention to detail and dedication to quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Good organisational skills and reliability
Must demonstrate a passion for delivering top-quality finishes
