South West Metal Finishing in Exeter is seeking a Production Operative to support daily output at the SWMF plants. You will assist with masking components, load jigging, and monitor electroplating and anodizing processes.
You will raise issues to team leaders, perform basic in-process quality checks, and ensure compliance with customer specifications and company procedures. The role requires a reliable, self-driven team player who can commute to site and work extended hours when required.
