We’re looking for detail-oriented, hands-on individuals to join our Ceramic Core team as Manufacturing Operators .

What You’ll Do Prioritise Environmental Health & Safety (EH&S) — your safety always comes first. Carry out delicate, hands-on tasks with precision and care for quality. Work closely with your teammates in a supportive, close-knit environment .

Read and interpret technical/engineering drawings (we’ll train you!). Assist with setup and transfer of parts across production areas like Press and Kiln. Handle small, intricate components using steady hands and fine motor skills. Prepare parts for 3D scanning and ensure proper packaging and labeling. Comfortable using your hands and working with small, delicate parts . Open to learning — especially how to read technical instructions and drawings . A team player with a positive, can-do attitude.
