Up to £22 per hour depending on experience (OTE £50K)
Hours:

The Role You will be a key part of the machining team, responsible for programming, setting and operating CNC milling machines using Heidenhain controls. Full programming responsibility online and offline using Heidenhain Setting and operating CNC milling machines Working to tight tolerances from engineering drawings Producing high quality precision components Supporting problem solving and process improvements About You Proven experience as a CNC Miller Programmer Setter Operator Strong experience with Heidenhain controls Ability to program both online and offline Confident reading engineering drawings Reliable and quality focused Team oriented approach Why This Role Stands Out Genuine work life balance with a 4 day week High earning potential with consistent overtime Stable environment with no hire and fire culture Opportunity to build a long term career
