This well-established company are a specialist within the Surface Treatment; they supply their services across a range of industries. They have multiple sites across the Southwest alongside a fantastic reputation for quality across their growing customer base. Due to an increase of work, they have created a new role for a Production Coordinator to take lead of all decisions in this line of work.

In this role, you'll coordinate production schedules, monitor workflow, and work closely with key teams to ensure deadlines are met. You'll play a key role in resolving operational issues, managing priorities, and keeping production running smoothly.

THE ROLE:

* Coordinate production schedules to meet customer deadlines

* Monitor work orders and production progress, identifying potential delays

* Work closely with Production, Quality, Engineering, Stores, and Planning teams

* Resolve issues and maintain smooth, on-time production flow

THE PERSON:

* Previous experience in a Production Coordinator role

* Any engineering/manufacturing background considered

* ERP/MRP systems
