Production Supervisor

Production Supervisor Marden, Kent £35,500 A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced Production Supervisor to join a fast-growing manufacturing business based in Marden, Kent. This is a hands-on supervisory role where you’ll work closely with the Production Shift Manager and wider production team to keep both automated and manual production lines running efficiently, safely and to plan.

The Role You’ll be responsible for the day-to-day supervision of the production team, ensuring targets are met while maintaining high standards of quality, safety and employee wellbeing.

Key responsibilities include:

* Supervising and supporting the production team on a daily basis
* Managing raw material stock levels across production
* Monitoring productivity, efficiencies, OE and working hours
* Ensuring production plans and changeovers are delivered on time
* Supporting quality control and investigating production issues
* Acting as the first point of contact for the production team
* Identifying problems and working proactively to resolve them
* Supporting a positive, inclusive and high-performing team culture
* Ensuring production procedures and Health & Safety standards are followed About You Our client is looking for someone with previous supervisory experience within a production, manufacturing or operations environment. You’ll need to be:
* A confident people leader with excellent communication skills
* Proactive and solutions-focused
* Comfortable managing multiple priorities
* Organised with good delegation skills
* Confident using IT, ideally Google Workspace
* Familiar with production processes and Health & Safety requirements
