Hours:

Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday Switch Car Rental is seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Apprentice to join our team in Exeter. Working in the Marketing team, you will assist in executing a wide range of marketing activities aimed at driving brand awareness, customer engagement and growth. The ideal candidate will be organised, enthusiastic, and eager to grow their skills in a fast-paced environment, with a passion for cars and the automotive industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Support content creation for various marketing platforms, including website updates, email marketing, and social media. Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and customer needs. Assist in managing social media accounts and engaging with online communities. Assist in filming video content for social media platforms (Plus, if you love the spotlight, theres an optional opportunity to step in front of the camera too!)

Maintain the content diary for our brand ambassadors, offering creative ideas for them to generate engaging content. Monitor and report on marketing campaign performance, using tools like Google Analytics and social media insights. Collaborate with internal teams and external suppliers to create marketing materials. Support event organisation, with occasional travel required to assist at promotional events. Perform general administrative duties as required to support the marketing team.

Required

Skills and Experience:

No prior marketing experience is needed - this role is designed for learning, growth, and hands-on experience! Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Linked In and Tik Tok). Good organisational skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
