As the trusted main contact for a portfolio of clients, you'll steer their campaigns from brief to delivery, working closely with our creative, digital, media and production teams to bring great work to life. This is a great opportunity for someone with agency experience who loves people, thrives on organisation, and wants to grow their career with an agency that genuinely invests in its team.

About

Us

We are Bigwave.

Community, care and doing the right thing sit at the heart of who we are. A proud B Corp agency, we believe happy, supported people deliver the best results for our clients, which is why we work hard to create an environment where people who share those values can grow, contribute and thrive. For almost 20 years, we've built our reputation on doing things the right way.

Combining specialist expertise with a collaborative, people-first approach, creating positive outcomes for our people, clients and communities isn't an initiative at Bigwave, it's part of who we are. We're looking for an Account Manager to join us in January 2027.

About the job Who We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys looking after clients and takes real pride in getting the detail right. Behind the scenes, you'll keep our internal teams briefed, organised and moving in the same direction.

You'll be a natural collaborator who stays calm when things get busy, communicates clearly, and is always ready to support your manager and the wider Client Services team. You won't just manage the work in front of you. You'll spot opportunities to do more for your clients and help shape the ideas that grow those relationships.
