Alexander House Care Home is seeking a Registered Nurse (RGN or RMN) in Exeter to provide high-quality, clinically led care across Nursing, Residential, Dementia and Respite settings. You will assess needs, develop care plans, administer medications and monitor health while leading shifts and supporting the team.
