Thornbury Community Services is seeking nurses for night-shift, 1:1 care for a teenage boy with complex health needs in Plympton, Plymouth. The role involves building trust with the family, coordinating care, and enabling safe activities at home and in the community.
Experience with epilepsy management and CPAP/Gastrostomy care is essential. A driving license is recommended due to the remote location and travel between settings. Dogs in the home are to be expected.
