Salary: £26,436.80 plus approximately £5,000 per year in tronc

Relationships:
Estates, Reception and Vineyard
- Interact with guests in a professional, friendly and confident manner
- Perform regular groundsman duties to maintain the aesthetic appeal of outdoor areas
- Conduct landscape maintenance including mowing lawns, trimming hedges and weeding
- Collaborate with the Estate Manager to ensure outdoor spaces meet desired requirements
- Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various gardening tasks
- Proven experience in groundskeeping and gardening is essential
- Physical stamina and ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Excellent time management skills with a focus on attention to detail
- Strong knowledge of plant care and landscape maintenance techniques
- Ability to operate power tools and hand tools safely and effectively
