Senior Lettings Negotiator
Location:
Exeter, Devon.
Hours of Work: full time.
Responsibilities- Manage client relationships, conduct market appraisals, oversee viewings and relets.
- Support the expansion of our lettings portfolio and ensure compliance with relevant legislation.
- Collaborate closely with the Head of Lettings and mentor junior team members.
- Strive to meet and exceed daily and monthly targets.
- Proven experience within lettings, ideally at senior level.
- Excellent communication skills with landlords, tenants, and applicants.
- Strong knowledge of lettings legislation and compliance.
- Comfortable conducting market appraisals and overseeing viewings.
- Organised, accurate, and capable of managing multiple priorities effectively.
- Competitive salary ranging from £28,000 to £32,000.
