Your new role
As an Estates Surveyor, you will be responsible for managing a varied portfolio of commercial and operational assets whilst supporting the council's wider property and place-shaping objectives.

• Managing landlord and tenant matters, including lease renewals, rent reviews and licences.
• Providing professional property advice across a diverse estate.
• Supporting acquisitions, disposals and valuation activities.
