Experienced in residential lettings and ready to take the next step into a senior management position?

We're recruiting for a Lettings Manager to oversee a successful and established Lettings division in the Penryn area. This is a varied senior-level opportunity for an experienced property professional who can lead a team, oversee portfolio performance, and deliver an excellent level of service to landlords and tenants.

The role will involve overseeing both front-end and back-end teams, including Lettings Negotiators and Property Managers. Our client will consider experienced Lettings Managers or Senior Property Managers with proven management experience.

As a Lettings Manager, you will:

• Oversee the lettings portfolio and support the wider team
• Lead and manage Lettings Negotiators and Property Managers
• Oversee property listings and ensure properties are effectively marketed
• Manage rent reviews across the portfolio
• Deal with complaints and resolve issues effectively
• Maintain strong relationships and regular communication with landlords
• Support the team with day-to-day lettings and property management matters
• Drive performance, service levels and continued growth within the division

• Proven senior-level experience within the lettings or property management industry
• Strong knowledge of the residential lettings sector
• Previous management or team leadership experience is essential
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ambitious, career-driven and commercially minded
• Ability to lead, motivate and support a team
• A strong team player with a hands-on approach
• Full UK driving licence

• Basic salary up to £38,000
• OTE £40,000–£42,000
