Salary: £8 - £12.71 plus Tronc

We are looking for a Commis Waiter/Waitress to join our Food and Beverage team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about the industry, have a positive and flexible attitude, and a willingness to deliver the very best levels of customer service, providing the guest with an unforgettable stay. Proven experience in the industry and similar hotels is desirable.

• Undertaking shifts on weekdays and weekends.
• Understanding and following Lympstone Manor Standards of Service at all times.
• Complying with all statutory and legal requirements.
• Interacting with customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Preparing service stations, stillroom and all work areas following the pre-service and after service checklists.
