Chef

We are looking for a Chef who can match the following requirements.

• Timing and Teamwork – work with others within the kitchen to ensure dishes arrive on time; communication is key.
• Quality – maintain a high standard and keep food consistent throughout your shift.
• Ready, Set, Service – stay on top of tasks, prepared for peak service and ready to handle daily duties.

• Service charge is distributed to staff, paid even when on holiday.
• Discounts on the menu: 80% off for shift workers, 50% off for off‑shift employees.
• Extra holiday – an additional day’s holiday for each year worked for the first five years, and a birthday off. The restaurant is closed on Christmas Day.
