Constellation is seeking experienced Sous Chefs for casual and temporary roles across schools, care homes and contract catering sites, offering weekday daytime work. You’ll support the Head Chef, deliver food to a high standard, and help with stock and kitchen organisation across multiple sites.
DBS preferred and a Level 3 Food Safety Certificate are advantageous, with flexibility to adapt to different teams and sites within Compass Group standards.
