Rockfish Exeter is seeking an Assistant Manager in Training to join our team at Exeter Quays, overlooking the water near the Exeter Cookery School. You will support the General Manager, lead by example and coach the FOH team to deliver exceptional service.
We offer a structured training plan, opportunities for progression and benefits including paid overtime, staff meals and regular incentives. Experience as a Server or at Supervisor level in a similar environment is valued.
