We are seeking an exceptional
Kitchen Porter
to support the culinary team in excellence. This is a rare opportunity representing two respected brands, delivering an outstanding food experience that reflects innovation, quality, and attention to detail at every level.

Job Description

Hourly Rate
: £12.71 per hour

Hours
: 30 hours per week (working any 5 days in a 7-day period)

Key Responsibilities:

  • To ensure all areas of the kitchens and service areas are maintained to the highest standard of cleanliness, providing a clean and safe working area.
  • To maintain all catering storage areas, ensuring they are always organised and clean.
  • To receive, count, inspect and store goods and/or equipment as and when required.
  • To be involved with some food preparation and service when required.
  • Report immediately any incidents or accidents, loss, damage, unfit food, or other irregularities and take such actions as may be appropriate.
  • Report any broken equipment to the Kitchen Leader and General Manager.
  • To ensure all legislative and government guidelines are adhered to, such as Health and Safety, Food Safety and COSHH.

  • Passion for the hospitality and catering industry
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet business needs
  • Good organisational skills
  • Reliable and able to work well within a team
  • Self motivated and proactive
