This is an exciting opportunity for a talented Chef who is ready to step up, take responsibility and work alongside an experienced Head Chef in a busy, high-volume kitchen environment.

You'll be a key part of the kitchen leadership team, helping to maintain exceptional food standards, develop the brigade and ensure every service runs smoothly — even when the pressure is on.

The Role As Sous Chef, you will be the right hand to the Head Chef, supporting the day-to-day running of the kitchen and taking full responsibility in their absence.

You'll be responsible for:

• Taking charge of the kitchen in the Head Chef's absence, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
• Leading from the front during busy services and maintaining consistently high standards.
• Supporting the recruitment, onboarding, training and development of the kitchen team.
